Billing Information

All bills are subject to correction or amendments.

All bills are due when rendered, and arrears are subject to final notice and collection.

The utility may discontinue service on accounts, which remain unpaid after the due date, and cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience which results.

Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except holidays.
For inquiries concerning water and sewage, other than billing and collection questions, please contact the City of Cambridge at 623-1340 or if you are billed water and sewer charges and reside in the Township of North Dumfries, call our Customer Care Department at 621-3484 and we will connect you to the appropriate department at the Region.

Payment Information

For your convenience, we offer the option of Automatic Payment or Payment by Phone through approved financial institutions. This bill may also be paid, without charge, at our office, through our Drive-By Night Depository, or through any of our Payment Agents. Debit card payments are also accepted at our office. Most financial institutions within Cambridge and North Dumfries will also accept payments, but may charge for that service.

All Rates are subject to a 1.5% Late Payment Penalty Charge if not received by the Due Date and an additional 1.5% per month thereafter. To avoid Late Payment and additional collection charges, payment must be received in our office by the noted due date.

After the due date, this account is payable only at our office.
