WE ARE UPDATING OUR CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Our Conditions of Service describe how we conduct business with our customers.
A number of changes have been made to codes and regulations that we follow. Based on those changes and other improvements we have made in our processes, Cambridge and North Dumfries Hydro Inc. are revising our Conditions of Service.
In order to assist our customers in identifying what has changed, we have marked the changes in bold italic font, throughout the document.
Customers are invited to make comments about our revised Conditions of Service, on or before October 1, 2006.
