About the Automatic Payment Plan
We offer two options to help make your hydro bill payments, hassle free.
“Paid In Full” Plan
With this plan you will be sent your bill in the mail, two weeks before it is due. On the due date, the amount due will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account.
“Equal Payment” Plan
With this plan our residential bi-monthly customers can budget their hydro bill with equal monthly payments. We advise you of a fixed amount that will be deducted from your account on either the 1st or 15th of each month. We review and reconcile this equal payment plan once a year to ensure the payment amount is in line with your actual usage.
